Amos Guangdong (Jiangmen) Production and R&D Base: Building China's First Candy-Themed Industrial Tourism Base

The new large-scale Amos Food Guangdong (Jiangmen) Production and R&D Base serves as the second headquarters of Amos Food Group. It is a comprehensive facility integrating production, R&D, supply chain, and industrial tourism, which became fully operational in March 2024. With a total investment of over RMB 700 million, the base covers a floor area of nearly 120,000 square meters and features Class 100,000 clean workshops. Equipped with globally leading advanced production machinery, it has a maximum annual output value of up to RMB 3 billion, positioning itself as a world-leading creative candy production center and a premier nutritional functional candy production center in China.
In terms of industrial tourism innovation, the base has created the "Amos Candy DreamWorks," which blends candy history, AR interactive experiences, and immersive engagement. As China's first industrial tourism destination with a candy theme, it has been awarded the titles of "Jiangmen Science Education Base" and "Jiangmen Primary and Secondary School Study Practice Education Base." In 2025, it was successfully selected for the "Guangdong Industrial Tourism Cultivation Resource Library," becoming a model for the integrated practice of "Industry + Cultural Tourism."
Regarding production facilities, the Amos Guangdong (Jiangmen) large-scale new production and R&D base includes a Creative Candy Production Center, a Nutritional Candy Production Center, an E-commerce Logistics Center, an R&D Experiment Center, as well as supporting facilities such as an office building and dormitory buildings. Covering a construction land area of approximately 33,400 square meters with a total floor area of about 120,000 square meters, the base houses a 1,500-square-meter technical R&D office, a 2,000-square-meter independent sampling room, and a 700-square-meter quality inspection and control laboratory. The production workshops are automated, featuring cutting-edge equipment imported from Germany. The internationally advanced double-tube cooking technology ensures high speed, high efficiency, and greater stability and transparency of the sugar syrup. The depositing line is equipped with the world's most advanced filled jelly depositing system, capable of producing products with complex structures. This enables the development and production of various candy types, including gelatin candies (2D, 3D, filled, peelable, aerated), hard candies, and compressed candies, providing strong support and assurance for Amos's production, R&D, and delivery capabilities.
Furthermore, Amos Food Group pursues the spirit of craftsmanship and values cultural heritage. While respecting and maintaining traditional techniques, it continuously optimizes production processes through AI processing models, robotics technology, and big data modules, empowering operational maintenance and upgrades. The group strictly complies with environmental regulations and adopts energy-saving and emission-reduction measures. The new plant achieves the goal of a "Green Factory" by utilizing renewable energy, reducing waste emissions, and recycling resources. While fulfilling corporate social responsibility, the group actively promotes regional employment and guides the upgrading of the industrial cluster and the enhancement of personnel's cultural capabilities. With the opening of the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Bridge, the group's industrial tourism base has simultaneously opened its science education exhibitions and visitor experiences to the public, continuously radiating its influence throughout the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and surrounding cities.
