Profile
Amos Food Group was established in 2004. It is listed among the World's Top 100 Confectionery Companies, stands as China's leading confectionery exporter, serves as a headquarters enterprise in Shenzhen's Futian District, and is recognized as a core strategic emerging industry leader in the Greater Bay Area.
With 22 years of deep cultivation in the industry, Amos Food Group upholds its corporate mission, "To be the world's sweet messenger," committing to using confectionery as a medium to deliver joy and health value to global consumers, and to spread sharing, love, and public welfare worldwide. The group owns two brands: Amos, a creative candy brand, and Biobor, a nutritional functional candy brand. Its products reach over 80 countries and regions, including China, the United States, and Japan, and notably, it is the only Chinese candy brand present in mainstream developed markets such as the United States, Japan, Germany, and France.
The group's founder and chairman, Mr. Amos, is highly acclaimed in the fields of confectionery innovation and corporate management. In 2024, he was inducted into the Candy Hall of Fame in the United States, becoming the first Chinese person to receive this honor. He has also been recognized as a Forbes China 2025 Industry Development Leader, a China Food Industry Leader (at the 2025 China Brand Festival), a recipient of the Harvard Business Review (HBR) Ram Charan Management Practice Award, and has been named a Shenzhen Industry Leader for three consecutive terms.
Amos Food Group has obtained three major international food export certifications: BRC-A, ISO22000, and HACCP, earning it the reputation as a food enterprise with a "world passport." Upholding the mission of being the world's sweet messenger, Amos Food Group uses confectionery to deliver happiness and health value to global consumers, as well as to spread sharing, love, and public welfare. Long-term, we focus on six dimensions of social responsibility: rural revitalization, care for special groups, women's empowerment, emergency disaster relief, international aid, and employee welfare. We consistently practice the philosophy of "Integrating public welfare into industry, and implementing industry with a public welfare mindset," fulfilling our corporate social responsibility with sincerity and action. Our initiatives include hosting the "Amos Little Planet Concert" for children with special needs like intellectual disabilities, establishing "Amos Sweet Reading Corners" in rural primary schools in Hunan, donating HKD 2 million in cash and candies to the Tai Po Hung Fok Court fund after a fire in Hong Kong, distributing candies to refugee camps in Amman, Jordan, and providing assistance and care to employees' families in need. In recognition of these efforts, we were awarded the "Best Social Responsibility Award" at the 2025 China-Germany ESG Forum in Stuttgart.
